Refund Policy
Items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, after obtaining a return ticket number from us will be eligible for a full refund. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Return Shipping shall be borne by the buyer. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. Wrap it Up! is not responsible for items lost in mail during the return process.
Refund Process:
After receiving and inspecting the item(s), you will be notified by email that your return has been received. Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed. Once your return is approved, the full amount will be credited to the original form of payment.
Refund not received yet?
Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund yet, please check the bank account and contact the bank first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at returns@wrapitupshop.com and we will investigate further.
